Centrelink Job Capacity Account

The Job Capacity Account (JCA) is related to the Job Capacity Assessment initiative and is a key part of the Australian Government's Welfare to Work package. It is part of the government's substantial investment in services that will help people find and keep paid employment.

As a JCA provider Linc Consulting offers a range of individual and small group programs to assist jobseekers to become more confident about entering employment and to provide them with strategies to keep their job and to better manage workplace relations.

JCA Services available:

Individual Programs

Linc Consulting can provide one on one counselling assistance using a cognitive behavioural framework to address barriers preventing individuals from successfully securing and maintaining employment.

Individual programs may assist jobseekers to:
  • Improve self-esteem
  • Overcome shyness
  • Manage anxiety or stress
  • Identify the right job
  • Better cope with pain or injury
  • Understand and manage depression

Group Programs

Linc Consulting provides training programs, designed to assist participants to secure and maintain employment. Our programs have been developed from strong evidence based practice and a CBT framework.

They include:
  • Managing anger and aggression
  • Communication skills II - Emotional Intelligence
  • Mood Management - A CBT program to better manage anxiety or depression
