Linc Consulting is an accredited vocational rehabilitation provider. Operated by Ms Louise Balston and Ms Marianne Stevenson we bring a combined work history of over 20 years experience in injury management and prevention, psychological counselling and workplace consultancy.

Registered Psychologist, specialises in case management, vocational assessment and counselling, redeployment and other psychological services. As a senior consultant within the agency, Marianne has over 10 years experience in vocational rehabilitation counselling and also specialises in mediation and EAP services.
Louise Balston specialises in case management, workplace injury management consultancy, corporate health and wellness consultancy and outplacement services. With over 15 years experience in vocational rehabilitation counselling and workplace injury management, Louise is a senior consultant for Linc Consulting.
Occupational Therapist has over 11 years experience within the industry, both as a clinician specialising in workplace assessment and development of return to work programs, as an injury management advisor and a training consultant.
Health promotion nurse, specialises in the provision of health and wellness programs within workplaces. Helen has a masters in Public Health and Post Graduate qualifications in Health Promotion, and has over 14 years of professional nursing experience.
Rosa specialises in case management and return to work plans, workplace training, mediation and injury management. Rosa has been working with injured workers and employers for over 20 years across Australia and the knowledge and expertise she has developed has enabled hundreds of injured workers to return to the workforce. Rosa is a qualified Teacher, workplace trainer and vocational counsellor.
Kieren brings to our organisation excellent skills in customer service, and always has a welcoming smile and friendly telephone manner. Kieren's prior experience in sales and marketing gives her additional skills to undertake her busy role as Office Manager for Linc Consulting.
Occupational therapist is experienced in ergonomic assessments and training; manual handling training and presentations; and worksite assessments. Sophie specialises in developing workplace interventions that enable people to regain health as well as function so that safety at work, quality of life and good work-life balance are enhanced and maintained.
