Health and Wellness Audits
Prior to embarking on a Health and Wellness Program, it is essential for companies to assess current organisation and employee health and wellness. This is done through an audit which highlights areas of concern, identifies company specific needs, and seeks information from employees. The audit can include employee questionnaires, workplace environment audit, interviews with management and employees (focus groups), health assessments (blood testing, fitness testing), and review of existing data (injury rates, absenteeism).
Co-ordination of employee Health Assessments
In consultation with local industrial health clinics, Linc Consulting is able to arrange for companies to assess individual employees, to screen for a range of identifiable health concerns. Information gathered is managed strictly according to federal privacy laws, with information returned to employers in a non-identifiable statistical form. Individual employee information is returned to the family General Practitioner for follow-up if necessary.
